All new patient appointments require a $50 deposit to reserve your spot! Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your initial consult fee should you should to proceed with a wellness plan. Part of a successful weight loss journey is an investment and a commitment, and we want you to commit to yourself to changing your relationship with food!
