How do I schedule an appointment?

We offer convenient online self-scheduling for our appointments. This means that you do not have to wait to talk to someone and can pick a time and day that works for you!

Do you take insurance?

We do not currently accept insurance. Most insurance plans do not cover the cost of a weight loss program. We are a cash-based practice but work hard to price our services at a price that is affordable. We do accept most HSA cards and can provide you with the documentation needed for those charges should you wish to submit to insurance. 

How much will my medication cost? And where do I pick it up?

Medication costs are individualized based on your individualized treatment plan. Medications will be sent directly from the compounding pharmacy to your home. There is no need to make an extra trip to the pharmacy. 

Do I need to have bloodwork done?

We require labs for each patient that have been done in the past 30 days preferably.  Please bring your labs with you to your appointment. If you have not had labs recently,  we can draw a weight loss panel in our office for a reduced cash price of $150 (prices will vary),  with a turn around time of approximately 48-72  hours. You may also request orders to be taken to a local lab, if you would like to attempt to file them on your insurance plan.
